Enquiries and property details

Enquiries and quote records are held for staff to review and respond to. They can include your email address and/or telephone number, requested cleaning and maintenance choices, property location, storeys, access details and the message you send. Property and access details are private customer information.

Quotes and responses

Each quote version keeps the work and terms prepared for that offer. When you accept, decline or request a change, your decision and any note are recorded against that exact quote version. A later version does not change the record of your earlier response.

Quote and accepted-job pages use private links intended for the customer. Do not forward those links to anyone who should not see the enquiry or property details.

Staff notifications

For an enquiry with an email address, the app first attempts to record the message in the private staff inbox. If it is not recorded or that attempt fails, the app tries the configured company inbox by email. Telephone-only enquiries use that configured inbox fallback. These notifications are separate from the enquiry record saved by the form.
