Cancellation information

Check the saved quote

Mas Window Cleaning does not publish a confirmed business-wide cancellation period, fee or other general cancellation policy here. The cancellation terms attached to your exact saved quote version apply to that offer and any accepted work recorded against it.

Review those terms before accepting. If a detail is missing or unclear, contact Mas using the phone or email below and ask for clarification. Staff must complete confirmed quote terms before sharing an offer; a placeholder is not a cancellation term.

After acceptance

Acceptance records your decision against that quote version; it does not confirm payment or an appointment. If you need to discuss a change or cancellation, contact Mas directly and refer to the version shown on your private quote or job-status page.
